Payment Options

Shop securely online with PayPal using your debit card, credit card or bank account.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please make your cheque payable to PYRAMID CRYSTALS and post it to:

On the back of your cheque please write your name and address, the cheque guarantee card number, security number (the last three numbers on the reverse of your card) and expiry date.

Overseas Customers
We only accept payment via Paypal. Please contact us before placing your order so that we can accurately calculate shipping rates - info@pyramid-crystals.co.uk

Online Credit Card Security
Your financial information stays with PayPal. Your credit, debit card and bank account numbers are not passed on to Pyramid Crystals

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be added to your invoice on completion of your order but can also be viewed at any time by clicking on the VIEW BASKET button.

Prices and Vat
All prices shown are in UK Sterling and include VAT at the current rate unless otherwise specified.

Dispatch and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours, upon receipt of cleared payment, Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).

Please note: Goods paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until payment has cleared our account.

We will notify you as soon as possible if we anticipate a delay in sending your goods.

We dispatch the majority of UK orders via Royal Mail. Items valued at £20 and over (excluding postage and packing) will be sent Recorded Delivery.

Confidentiality
In accordance with the 1998 Data Protection Act, we only collect sufficient information from you so that we can process your order.

We will not contact you for any reason other than that related to your order or in answering any question that you may have.

We will never sell, share or trade your personal information with third parties.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations of Orders
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Please contact us within 2 or 3 working days if you have received damaged, faulty or incorrect products, which we will happily replace.

To cancel, please contact us within 7 days of placing your order.

All returned items must be in their original packing and with the original invoice enclosed.

We reserve the right to deduct the postage charge from your refund.

Measurements
Although we try and describe our items as accurately as possible, all measurements are approximate.
